Warranty & Returns

Ozwide Sales provides customers with a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase, for any products which are damaged or faulty or not as described. Customers must retain their invoice as proof of purchase to claim warranty. If you receive products which are damaged, faulty or not as described you must notify Ozwide Sales via email info@ozwidesales.com.au or by call (03) 8358 5300 within the 7 days after purchase. Any claims made outside the 7 day period may be rejected.

All returned products must be in its original packaging and goods must be in their original unused condition, Once the product has met the condition of the return policy have been met, you will either receive a full refund or an exact replacement of the product purchased. To validate the product warranty all customers must return the purchased item accompanied with a copy of their original invoice along with a receipt for installation from their licensed Plumber.The Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or abusive use of the product
  • Improper installation
  • Use of non-authorized/non-standard parts
  • Loss caused by normal wear and tear, storm, fire, water (liquid ingression) theft, vermin or insect infestation

Ozwide Sales handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Ozwides Sales Pty Ltd.If the customer decides they want to return their product due to change of mind please see below; Under the Australian Consumer Law, we have the right to not give a refund or a replacement if the customer simply changes their mind about a product. You will need to submit a claim via email to info@ozwidesales.com.au and the support team will assist you further with your inquiry. If Ozwide Sales agrees to refund your purchase the following and Terms and Conditions apply:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return postage, shipping or courier costs of the product being returned
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns
  • Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable

A claim needs to be placed through via email to info@ozwidesales.com.au and needs to be approved by Ozwide Sales before the order is returned. Your relevant order information must be on the item you are returning. If you have placed an order, or pre-ordered and wish to cancel this order a 15% termination fee will applyYou do not have a right to return a product if you:

  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere
  • Found a better product elsewhere
  • We’re aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (such as if the fault was written on the product’s tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online)
  • Damaged the product by misusing it – (such as if you dropped your mobile phone in water)
  • used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
